Promo Details
Payouts for Failed Alerts: If Medrunner fails to complete your rescue mission you’re entitled to 15,000 aUEC per failed alert.
Exclusive CitizenCon Badge: You will earn an exclusive badge on our Discord server and within your Medrunner account.
Insurance Codes and Coverage
Daily Payouts: You can claim up to one payout per day if an alert fails.
Premium Insurance Runtime: Once you redeem your insurance code, it will be active until October 20th, 2025.
Claiming Your Payout: To receive your compensation, simply request it through a logistics ticket on our official Discord. Make sure to have your Alert ID ready for quick processing.
Payout Deadline: You will receive the payout within 10 days of claiming.
When an Alert is Considered Failed
An alert is classified as failed — and eligible for the payout — if you die for any reason (except backspacing) after Medrunner has accepted your alert. This could include anything from combat injuries to accidents during your rescue. If we accept your call and can’t save you, we’ll make it right with a payout.
When Insurance Doesn’t Apply
While we strive to provide the best possible service, there are specific situations where this special insurance won’t be applicable:
If you die before Medrunner accepts the alert.
If you cancel the alert after it’s been accepted.
If your alert turns out to be a trap or ambush set up to intentionally deceive our teams.
If you die in an area outside Medrunner’s service coverage.
If your server crashes, leading to loss of connection or disruption of the alert process.
Remember, our regular Terms of Service also apply to all alerts, and these must be adhered to for a successful rescue and potential payout.
